Chairman
Mr. Amer Al-Amer is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Twareat Medical Care Company. He brings a wealth of diverse experience in management, accounting, and innovation, supported by a strong academic background. Previously, Mr. Amer served as Head of Accounts Department at the General Organization for Social Insurance. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Deputy Chairman
Dr. Khalid Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Hamdan serves as a member of the Board of Directors, a member of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee at Twareat Medical Care Company. He holds the American Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, as well as an Executive MBA (EMBA) from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Khalid brings extensive experience in emergency medicine and healthcare delivery, along with a strong background in board and committee memberships across various companies and deep expertise in healthcare management.

Dr. Tariq Al-Hamdan currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and the Head of the Executive Committee at Twareat Medical Care Company. He also represents the company before the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Tadawul Group. Dr. Tariq holds the following qualifications: Fellowship in Emergency Medicine Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) Master’s degree in Disaster Medicine Bachelor’s degree in Medicine Dr. Tariq brings extensive leadership experience in both medicine and emergency care. His career includes overseeing medical programs and initiatives at renowned hospitals and institutions, managing and developing training programs, leading medical teams, enhancing healthcare quality, and actively contributing to medical education.

Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Hamdan serves as a Board Member at Tawareeyat Medical Care Company. He is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Al-Hamdan Office for Certified Public Accounting. Mr. Abdullah has extensive practical experience in accounting and financial management, and is distinguished by a diverse professional background. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from Griffith University in Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Faisal University.

Mr. Saleh Mohammed Saleh Al-Mulhim serves as a Board Member at Twareat Medical Care Company and is the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Mulhim Automotive Services Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and Economics, and brings diverse leadership and management experience across various sectors including education, investment, logistics, and automotive sales. Mr. Saleh also has extensive experience serving on boards and committees of several companies, in addition to his deep expertise in management.

Mr. Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Qahtani serves as a Board Member at Twareat Medical Care Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University, and brings extensive experience in the banking sector, having held several leadership positions. Mr. Faisal also brings diverse expertise through his board memberships in publicly listed companies and his involvement in investment and oversight committees, reflecting his strong competencies in governance, investment, and institutional control.

Mr. Raed bin Mohammed Al-Nuaim serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Twareat Medical Care Company and is the Chief Executive Officer of Ayan Investment Company. He brings over 27 years of experience in banking and investment, along with a broad range of expertise gained through serving on the boards and committees of various companies. Mr. Raed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Faisal University.

Mr. Hani bin Mohammed Al-Hashimi serves as a Board Member at Twareat Medical Care Company and works as a Senior Accounting Expert at the Saudi Electricity Company. Mr. Hani brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance, and is recognized as a highly qualified professional in his field. He holds a Fellowship in Certified Public Accounting from the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.

Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Rumaizan Al-Rumaizan currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at twareat Medical Care Company. He previously served as Vice President at SAP and held the role of Independent Head of the Public Sector, Healthcare, Education, Security, and Defense divisions within the same company. Mr. Mohammed brings extensive experience in the fields of Information Technology and Telecommunications, supported by a strong academic background in Business Administration, Electronics Engineering, and Telecommunications. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Corporate Secretary
Mr. Saud Mualla Alotaibi serves as the Board Secretary and Legal Specialist at Twareat Medical Care Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Alasala Colleges with honors, graduating with distinction. He has over two years of experience in legal practice, in addition to his expertise in legal affairs, representing legal entities, advocating on their behalf, and managing corporate governance and board activities. He has also completed several specialized courses in various legal fields, including Saudi Capital Market Regulations, Advanced Applications in Contracts, Advanced Applications in Commercial Disputes, Integration of Jurisprudential Principles with Legal Systems, and Anti-Money Laundering Law.
